Great choice Helen :excellent

I don't do book group normally as my concentration span is too poor to read a whole book at the moment but I might read this to my daughter this month and join in :D

I actually have the box set
1, The Magicians Nephew
2, The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe
3, The Horse and his Boy
4, Prince Caspian
5, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
6, The Silver Chair
7, The Last Battle
I also have the new version of The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe on DVD plus the old BBC versions of the above books.
I love this book.
Interesting fact....
The Lion, The Witch and the Wordrobe was written first but The MAgicians Nephew was intended to be read first (But its a bit boring). Lion, Witch and Wardrobe is better

I knew that there was a book prior to the L. the W. and the W. but never knew what it was called. Thanks for that CC.

And GOM, if you want an SF book, then volunteer to lead the disucssion one month

I haven't read this book since I was achild even though my 2 eldest both did a whole topic on it in year 4 so it will be interesting to reread now. I'm certain E has the whole set so will raid her bookcase in a minute
